We are normally engaged when our clients determine that taking a traditional approach to solving their challenge is a useless pursuit. They end up believing like we do that if it's a new problem, perhaps it demands a new approach. If it's an old problem, then it certainly does.
Traditionally organisations start with a business challenge and try to solve it from the inside-out. We start 'outside' your company to deeply understand your customers, work out what they really value (outside-in) and then take a human centred approach to engaging them and solving their problems in a way that makes commercial sense.
We do this by blending customer empathy, design thinking and business strategy to develop systematic ways to create an outstanding service experience that is consistent through every customer touch-point. The journey is grounded at the beginning of the process, however it typically requires an 'uncomfortable' period in the middle of the journey as we create and innovate ahead of your competition, before we use all three filters to deliver commercially grounded opportunities.
